joya tv is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. This document sets out in detail all the terms relating to account registration, platform use, financial transactions, bonus claims, and the rights and responsibilities of members.

1 Definitions and Scope

• "Account" — The personal profile created through registration, through which services can be accessed.
• "Bonus" — Any financial incentive offered by joya tv, subject to its own terms and conditions.
• "Transaction" — Any deposit, withdrawal, or other account-related financial activity.
• "Bet" — Any wager placed on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be suspended and the balances may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but if the same device or bank account is used, joya tv may request verification.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide true and accurate information at the time of registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information will be treated as a breach of these terms and the account may be closed. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

2.4 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. joya tv will not be held liable if login details are shared with a third party or if unauthorised access to your account occurs. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on joya tv via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The same minimum limit applies to all payment methods. joya tv does not charge any additional processing fee, however mobile banking operators may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals start from a minimum of ৳500. joya tv only pays out via the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.3 Verification

Before a withdrawal, joya tv may request a photo of a national ID card or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements on the account have been met. joya tv reserves the right to hold payment until verification is complete.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

If any transaction appears suspicious or a chargeback claim is raised, joya tv reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Other Promotions

joya tv runs weekly, seasonal, and special promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms — including wagering multipliers, validity period, and minimum deposit. It is each member's responsibility to read the full terms of a promotion before claiming the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Two different bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If any misuse of a bonus is detected, joya tv may cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

joya tv reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed — each member bears full responsibility for their own bets.

5.2 Match Abandonment and Rescheduling

If a match is abandoned or rescheduled, joya tv will settle bets according to the applicable policy. Generally, if a game is not played within the scheduled time, those bets are considered void and the original stake is returned.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted mid-way due to server outages, internet disconnection, or other technical problems, joya tv will settle based on system records. joya tv is not responsible for issues related to your device or connection.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following behaviours constitute a direct breach of these terms and will result in account closure:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to fulfil wagering requirements by placing low-risk bets solely to withdraw a bonus.
• Repeatedly claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Sharing account passwords or details with a third party.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.

6 VIP Program

joya tv's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses during that week. The cashback amount is automatically credited to the account at the end of the calendar week. joya tv reserves the right to change VIP terms, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

joya tv treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption and advanced security measures. User information is not sold or shared with third parties, however information may be provided to competent authorities if required by legal obligation.

10 Limitation of Liability

joya tv is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform — including financial loss, data loss, or service interruption. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

joya tv is not liable for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, device problems, or third-party service failures. In the event of a technical error, joya tv will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please first contact joya tv's customer support. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email, in both Bengali and English.

If the matter is not resolved with the support team, a formal complaints process may be initiated. Upon receiving a complaint, joya tv will respond within the designated timeframe and work towards a resolution.

12 Changes to Terms

joya tv reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. The latest terms will always be available on this page. You are advised to check this page regularly.

13 General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and any related promotional terms together form the entire agreement between the user and joya tv. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this agreement.

13.2 Severability

If any court or authority rules that a clause of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one clause will not void the entire agreement.

13.3 Language of Communication

All formal communication with joya tv may be conducted in Bengali or English. The support team is available in both languages seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
